Pole for Power
Championship contenders Power and Alex Palou did better. Power gets to start from pole for the 64th time in his IndyCar career and reigning champion Palou will be next to him on the starting grid.
Rookie and Ferrari talent Callum Ilott enjoyed his best qualifying so far in IndyCar. The young Briton will start the race from P7. The best of the former F1 drivers was Romain Grosjean. The Frenchman can be found in tenth position.
