The Triple Header has been a great series of events for Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing so far. Those who had hoped that the FIA‘s Technical Directives would bring change to the championship were disappointed. Red Bull seems to have become even more dominant after the summer break and Ferrari has fallen back a little further.
In Italy, Red Bull Racing is the favourite, having designed the RB18 to be a highly efficient car on long straights. The power of the Red Bull Powertrain will make Verstappen and Perez very dominant at Monza. Will Verstappen take his fifth win in a row and eleventh of the season?
The Italian Grand Prix has a familiar schedule, as the format is similar to most European races. However, it is a bit of a switch after the Dutch GP, where the times were different. The first session of the weekend starts on Friday at 13:00 UK time. On Saturday qualifying is at 15:00 and the lights for the Italian Grand Prix go out on Sunday at 14:00 [both UK times]
The entire race weekend can also be followed at GPblog, where you don’t have to miss a thing of the action on track with live blogs of all sessions. The live blogs appear on the website one hour before the start of the session. Sky Sports will also be broadcasting as usual.
